Allopass is not working!
:wouhou:Hi, I've tried to get some credits on Allopass.. but when I went to phone them on my home phone it said the number could not be completed as dialed. How does this system work and how do I get to them?

Have you tried looking for a local number in your area to Allopass and contacting them about this issue?

When I just tested it on my forum, I did not see any telephone number. Did you pick the country that you are living in?

Strange both numbers say that?

Are you calling from inside Canada?

The actual number says it couldn't be completed as dialled while the help number is no longer in service.
Yes I am calling from a landline and yes I am calling from within Canada.

Since this is a third party, we really can not change the numbers. You will need to contact Allopass because they are the ones who give the numbers.
Have you also tried without the 1? In the United States if a number is in your calling area, you do not have to deal 1. But because this numbers I am guessing are toll free numbers, you will need to deal the 1.

Have you tried choosing the american option instead . Even though you live in canada you can still use the american method right?

Incorrect, as there is no American number.
However, there is a United Kingdom number but I'm scared that it will cost an exceptional amount.
