Missing Icons and Slow Response between pages-- Resynch?

I was just informed by one member that she is only getting blank white "post" box and lengthy delay moving from page to page on our forum.

We are at:

www.politicsandstuff.forumotion.com

We are using phpBB3.

This is her note to me --

I have had so much trouble getting on here and my comment box has no icons in it. Is it just me or are some of you having a problem?

OK, I went from IE to Firefox. Same problem and my ipad uses Safari, so the only one I have left is google.

I wanted to try to resynch her account by cannot remember where to find that function in the Admin. Panel.

She is only member experiencing this and she has cleared history/cache/cookies.

Any and all help is appreciated.

Just informed me that her internet connection is fine as she can open other sites and read/respond fine...it's only with our site. Sad

Um, wouldn't it be affecting all of the members? She is the only person who is having this problem.

Would the resynch (sp?) not work?

I can't remember under what tab where I found it in the past!

Ask the member to clear hers/his browser's cache and history.

First thing I told her to do SLGray--- not only the board's cookies but her computer's too. She's also tried to site on IE, Safari, Chrome and all having same problem.

If it is only happening to her then it sounds like an issue on her side.

But she can and has gone to other sites and is having NO issues. Only on P&S (politicsandstuff).

Can you tell me where I can find the resynch page on the Admin Panel please...I can't find it.

I have been informed by our member that her board cleared this afternoon on both her Ipad (Safari) and computer (IE & Chrome).

I'd still really like to know under what tab I can find the "resynch" member and/or board please!!!!

It will be under 'General' tab in the acp (admin panel) and under 'Configuration' scroll to the bottom. It will say synch users?
