Getting error code?

We are trying to turn the title of a topic from black to red & keep getting this?

The following errors were found

A browser error occured [Error #230], please contact the technical support.

It is also suddenly asking us to copy a 'code' in a small box which is very frustrating as you can hardly read the letters/numbers & it is taking many attempts

Under Administration Panel > General > Security find and disable the following option :

• Unauthorize unofficial forms to post messages and private messages on the forum

The #230 error is commonly link to this security option. It may be related to an expired token or session id.

I have tried disabling what you suggested & it still asks for a code  which has a psychedelic back ground
Not sure what you mean by expired token etc?

Could you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing ? That should better help explain what you're telling me.

It could be you are using words that Forumotion's spam system is picking up.

What is the title of the topic?

So in theory Molly should now be in red but

Normally when a certain word or phrase is detected as spam you'll be prompted to take an additional step, which is to fill in a CAPTCHA code. As for the topic title not being the correct color, is it also black in the topics list ? ( The forum where you posted the topic )
