Facebook login app not set up

Hello, when i click to login with facebook, the poop up says "App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions."
Eeventhough in the section "Do you want to make this app and all its live features available to the general public?" i clicked YES.  I have also provided a contact e-mail, i have read that sometimes it may be the problem. What can be the problem? Please help. Q.Q

You installed the app in the acp (admin panel) of your forum right? Where so did you install it?

Members before you activated Facebook Connect will have to associate their two accounts.

Profile > Preferences
Associate Accounts

i activated it in the admin panel and made it in facebook developers site (the link in the admin panel)



it says that my account is associated  and i still get the same popup msg

I believe you will need to contact Facebook, because usually it has to do with the app set up.
