Blacklist

Hi, I know this probably isn't the right section, but...

I've heard of an rp community blacklist where random people can put all the personal info they know about an RPer on a list and that person will be blacklisted in the RP community and get a bad rep until someone removes them. I just want to know if it really exists, because I'm apparently on it and it's been causing me a lot of stress -.- if anyone knows about it, please reply to this or pm me. Thank you.

Someone on a fairy tail rp site run by forumtion told me I was blacklisted and even called me by my real name and said things about me that only my friends know. Even another acquaintance from the RP community told I was blacklisted.

Are you talking about a blacklist created by Forumotion?  If you are referring to an individual forum hosted by Forumotion and they are posting personal information, you can send a litigation report.

I don't know if that's the "blacklist" they were talking about gray. It might be but I really don't know. I've tried to find proof it exists. Is it possible for me to see the forumotion blacklist to confirm if I'm really on it or not?

You would only be added to a blacklist by Forumotion if you were considered a spammer or someone who breaks the Terms of Service.

Also you would not be able to create an account on a forum hosted by Forumotion.

We never blacklist a RP forum without reason. The only reason Forumotion can remove a RPG forum is the forum is breaking our ToS. Forumotion doesn't accept porn forums, spam forums, hacking forums...
 I recommend you to read our Terms of use.

I believe that the topic starter is talking about individual people being added to a blacklist.

If a forum has there own blacklist like i do on my forum then there is nothing you can do as this is down to the Founder but if the founder is saying that you are on the Black list of FM's then i think your find that is not true as we do not give that data out to any one not even our staff here know that data that is head office data. if you can make an account on any of the FM forums then you are not on the blacklist of ours but you may have been banned from other sites and added to a spam list but that data is not out for anyone

thanks this helped. And for the record, I knew it wasn't a FM blacklist, but I figured someone here might know about one that adds individual people in the RP community to it and makes them out to be bad people. Anyways, thanks for all your help. ^^
