Repeating Login screen

I have a small forum for a few friends in different countries to connect to each other.
One of my members is having a problem logging in.
Everytime she tries it the login screen just repeats itself.
Her account is activated and I can login ok using her username and password but she cannot.
I have read a previous discussion you had about this and have tried asking her to clear caches, etc, refresh, click the logo to refresh the screen, but nothing has worked this has been going on for the last 24 hours.
She is logging in using an ipad so I have asked her to try the mobile and the classic mode.
Is there anything you can suggest because if not I will have to consider moving the forum.

Hi @wwainwright,

The forum uses cookies to ensure that the user stays logged in. I'd make sure that she is accepting cookies on her browser, as that would be the only thing I can think of for the login screen repeating.

May you ask her for a screenshot of what occurs when she tries to login? Does she get an error? If so, what is it? Has she tried from any other devices?

Thanks for the replies.

I can ask for a screenshot but there is no error message it just reloads the login screen.
She has not tried from any other devices, she will try from her PC tomorrow (she is in Australia and it is night there now), But I do need to get it sorted out for her ipad as that is her preferred device and she is an important member of our group.
There maybe something in the cookies though, I will send her instructions on how to check that on her ipad and see if that sorts it out.
