Member having problems voting

In my group one of the members is having a problem with the 1 Award. she goes in and tries to vote, but it tells her she has already voted and that is after the 24 hour period. Not sure if you are familiar with this voting site, but I am copying and pasting what she sees. can you make any sense of why she is seeing this?

There is not an option for members to vote more than once on forums hosted by Forumotion.  When you vote and send the vote, you can not vote again.
