[How To] Weather Widget and Chatbox Sound Notifications

I have a couple questions that i cant seem to find answers for...

1: How do i add a chatbox sound notification with mute and unmute features

2: How do i add a like weather widget, similiar to this:

Please change the title of your topic to something that is related to your question/issue, so that other users will be able to find their question/issue using the search engine.

For the Weather Widget: You will need to search for the code and then create a customized widget with the code.

Where should i look?

You can find various weather widgets by searching online, I suppose. I don't know a particular site since I never added a weather widget to my site before. Once you get the code though, you can add it anywhere HTML formats, such as :

1. Homepage message
   Display > Generalities
   
   
2. Widgets management
   Modules > Forum widgets management > Create new widget
   

As for the chatbox making sound you can find a plugin in this topic, although it doesn't have a toggle option. If I recall correctly, I think this plugin has a toggle feature, though.
