Locked out of my own forum...
Not exactly sure what happened probably accidentally clicked something, but something that goes as far as locking out the admin is ridiculous.
I have sent well over 4 emails & not received any help on the matter for 2 weeks.
Problem: I am locked out of my own forum - I cannot sign in or recover my own password.

Hello,
If you are the founder, you can reset your password by following the steps in this tutorial: https://help.forumotion.com/t127211-password-problems-or-lost-your-founder-s-password .
Just out of curiousity, to what email address were you sending those emails to? As far as I know forumotion does not have a support email address.

Tried that, the guide shown has no impact on anything. As I've stated already I tried recovering my password it's no different than resetting it. I've also tried using the utility board which does nothing for me because it doesn't change the fact that I'm locked out.

Perhaps you didn't read case 4, which addresses precisely that problem .

Perhaps you didn't know you're a support moderator that has made several spelling mistakes along with a double post.
Notes: (Forumotion staff members that manage password problems) This can sound misleading
Solution 4 & only SOLUTION 4 doesn't specify who to contact so I simply made a thread.
SLGray made the appropriate step
Re: Locked out of my own forum...
I am still human, I make mistakes too . The double post was due to my poor internet connection .
The tutorial states you should contact a manager or admin and states specific managers and admins who handle password resets. I am not saying you shouldn't have made a new thread, by all means you should have, I was just simply pointing out the tutorial does offer a solution to your problem .
Please send the information SLGray asked for to him, so he can reset it for you. I hope you can get this solved soon and I wish you tons of luck with your forum.
