for Example Michael_vx did a post in any section his name will appear in that list under line who post today

iframe would make page a bit complicated i think since it wil load the whole page inside frame
am i right
so may JS would do better when its only catch names from there
no idea how start yet but i feel like there is a way to make it like a list

Well, that actually depends. If you plan using it in a widget, the result probably won't be good. But if it's in a HTML page, it's probably easier just to do an iframe. Where were you planning to use this code?
