Because you have reached the limit.  You can minimize the CSS you have.  Just do a Google search for a site that does it.

you can use this site to shorten your CSS files http://csscompressor.com/

Warning do a little at a time and test before moving on as some times it may mess up some codes. make sure you save your old CSS files on say notepad before you do anything.
