Hello,

Is this your forum: http://kbzteam.forums1.net/ ? Does your forum open with the free forumotion domain name? When did this start happening? Domains expire every year (I think) and you will need to renew it either using credits or by pirchasing it again from another domain name provider. Until you do that, the custom domain name will not work.

Topic moved to Credits and Domain Name issues

Hello you will need to log in using the Forum Utilities once in your forum ACP you will need to remove your out of date domain url

To do this do the following:
ACP >> General Tab >>  Site domain problem Configuration Forum >> Forum Address >>     Personalized domain name tab >> Force the URL redirection : NO then Save   .... Your forum should now be on the FM domain name
