Member Unable To Log Into Account

Hello

One of my old members has had trouble logging into both my sites (arkcapsandvideos) Invision and (CassiniCaps) phpBB3. I have changed their username and password, in which I can log in, however they still cannot log in even though with a new password and user name.
Here are some screen shots I have blacked out their e-mail address.


I have asked them to try again and to check their Browser, it is a mystery to me and I am unaware of members having a log in issue to both accounts.

This sounds like the user may be blocked by ourvsystems. This can happen for a number of reasons, in order for me to request they be unblocked, I need the following info sent to me via pm:

Code:

[b]IP address of the member:[/b]
[b]Username of the members having the problem:[/b]
[b]Email Address of User:[/b]
[b]Forum address:[/b]

Today I have done a Global Announcement about this problem and on Twitter to establish if there are other members having log in problems

The problem was indeed spanning from the username Molly, our pro admin has removed the name from the blacklist and you should now be able to change the user's username back to Molly without the user experiencing any issues.


This issue should now be resolved, if the user still has any problems, ask them to clear their cache and cookies.

The member had decided to keep their new name but we both thank you for finding out about the problem. I had a feeling it was to do with a spammers user names, I still not had any other members notifying me of being blocked when trying to log onto my two sites.
I have done an announcement on my sites and on twitter just in case but have had no replies, I suppose we can close this as solved.
