Solved Newsletter

Last night my colleague has sent a newsletter.
They finally arrive 14 hours later, which is not true.
I have this morning at 9:46 also sent a newsletter and so far also nothing.
This can not still supposed to come in an hour?

Hello,

Does your forum have alot of members (over a 100+) on it? If so it can sometimes take up to 24 hours to be delivered to all users.

There is also a wait/cool down time that you must wait through before you can send another newsletter after you just sent one.

Do you get any error messages when you when you tried to send the newsletter? If so, may you post a screenshot of this error message? Were you senring the newsletter to all users or a particular group? What is the url to your forum?

No my forum has 73 members
And when you send a newsletter I receive no error unfortunately.
Have had this problem one time before but never so as now.
And the newsletter is sent to all registered users reede.
