one of forum users breaking law

This site owner Brwn is ddosing its members because he doesnt simply like them. Scams its players and after bans them so they cant warn anyone else.
As i understood his forum comes trough this site and was wondering if its possible to close his forum because hes a dam law breaker, scammer and ddoser.
there is over 10+ complaints about him in his such small community.

If you feel his forum breaks our TOS, you can file a litigation report against the forum, this goes to our litigation team who will investigate it and take whatever action they see fit. The link to our litigation tool: https://www.forumotion.com/litigation .

A admin of a forum has the right to ban who he / she wants there is no law in this worls that says the admin can not ban who they want. it is there forum and they have the right to have who they want when they want.

What the law does say is that the data kept on our database is not gave out buy us or the founders of a forum.

As long as the Founder do not break the TOS of our's then there is not a lot anyone can do.

I dont think he has right to ban anyone after buying subscription cards from the owner and if asking why the ban, then he start ddosing the person, in that case this happened to me.

What exactly is 'ddosing?' is this like making fun of someone?

If he is a scammer and/or breaking the law, but not our tou, then you will need to contact the police about it as they are the ones who handle illegal stuff. If he posted any content that violates our terms of service (you can find/read the complete Forumotion TOS at: https://www.forumotion.com/terms-of-service ), then you can file a litigation report (see my above post for the link) against the forum and our litigation team will look into and take whatever action they deem nessecary. If he has NOT posted any content that violates our terms of service and he just banned you, there is little we can do about it. If you feel he did something illegal, then you should contact the police, as I said above.

ok as he is asking for money for a service or an item and you then get banned then yes he is breaking our TOS as he is taking money on false pretenses so yes make a full report on This link >> Declare a Litigation

You will need to show prof of you paying for this item thou and any posts you may have made to the admin asking for your money back or you buying the item
