is there an easier way of uploading videos to forum

Hi there first post, my members wish to post videos and pictures to our forum, some of our members cannot grasp how to do it using photobucket or YouTube. It's a long process for some of them and now some are complaining that you can do it direct from you're phone to facebook in seconds. Is there a much simpler way for the membership to post video's and pictures??

No, unfornatelly there is no other way to really post up playable videos other then through youtube, Dailymotion and similar sites.

The only way to really be able to post videos directly is through the attachments feature, however, this will only allow you and your members to send the files of the videos in a post for other to download, it will not allow videos to be played directly from the forum like how they would with Youtube and Dailymotion.

Are your members using the buttons in the editor to share videos and images?

On Youtube, you press the share link under the video.  Copy the link in the box, then paste it in the pop up when you press the Youtube button in the editor.
