Error during your credits update.

i keep getting this when i try to buy credit each time

"Sorry, we cannot complete your payment at this time"

i use my skrill account to do it tho

did you try and pay some other way ?

No I used Skrill

could you try any other way to pay for it and see if you stall have the problem.

Skrill is the only thing I can get access to

It could be an issue with Skrill, not Forumotion.  Wait a couple hours and try again.

yes it maybe a problem with Skill,

It would also help us some more if you would be so kind to take a screen shot of the page you get when getting the error. if this is still a problem tomorrow then we will be happy to pass this on to some one to tool at

after clicking in the buton "back to marchant" here ?



if yes, it's normal because the call back url from skrill gives no infos to your forum to update it's credits.

if not, please eplain the exact way you process to get the error in the forum?

I have Skrill with money in it..

I just click on buy credit from my forum at misc
Then I sign in to make the purchase .. I keep getting this

so it's what i sayed. the error is in skrll's side and skrill send back an error to forumotion so the forum can't update the credits.

we can't do anything about that, you have to contact skrill support

i used different skrill account...still the same error

and i have tried paypal too

You need to contact Skrill.  The issue is not on Forumotion's side.

I tried PayPal too though

Then contact PayPal.

can you please give us a screen shot of what your getting when you try Paypal This will help us some more.

the problem is i have tested it on my forum and to as far as i want to go with buying credits it all works fine the problem is i don't want to buy credits right now so i can not go all the way with paying for credits  so a screen shot is the best way to showing what your problem is.

In my opinion I think u should add more payment systems ..

The problem is adding more payment systems is its not used world wide so we only ad the ones that we know anyone can use.

also the cost to add others may be more then we can spend out for Don't forget we are a free forum host and the cost to have more systems will dig in to your pocket aswell.

yes, i even called them...
i can use the skrill account for other purchases but when i buy credit ...i keep getting that

ok well this dose look to be a problem to be looked at again on monday as the head office is closed for the weekend.

If you are getting the same error With your skrill account and also with paypal then there must be something wrong as the 2 accounts are not linked in any way.

I will tag @The Godfather again in this topic.

What did Skrill say when you described the issue you are having? The GodFather said it was not an issue on Forumotion's side.
