No back up available message, two weeks after forum was created.

Description of problem
I created my forum on May 7, 2016. I went to Founders Tools on May 15, 2016 (more than a week after I created the forum) and noticed that the message I saw was "No back up available." I tried again and received the same message. It is the same problem as was stated here: https://help.forumotion.com/t143164-no-backup-available-for-my-forum?highlight=backup+++-available.However, unlike that person (whose forum was a few days old), my forum is two weeks old and I still get the "No backup available message." Can someone please help me by investigating why no backup is still available for my forum, even though it is 2 weeks since I created it? I understand forums are backed up at least once/week by Forumotion? That my forum is not being backed up by Forumotion is troubling me. Thank you for any help that is offered.
Re: No back up available message, two weeks after forum was created.
Hello @Don May and welcome to the English support forum,
Most forums are backed up every 7 days but as your forum is still new this can take 14 days for the first backup to show in your list.
why this is not showing yet is down to the way the system works.
you need to do 2 backups for your backup to take hold so if you only have one backup date in your list then you can not do the backup right so we only give you the backup date when there is 2 backup dates to pick from.
We would ask you to hold on until your forum is about 20 days old then you should see your backup dates.

Ape,
Thank you for the warm welcome and for the reply. That makes sense. I will wait a while longer. Thank you again for your help, and the links to the helpful threads.

I would like to keep this open until at least one more week to make sure the system is working how it should.
as there will be no point in making a new thread about it and me forgetting what I said in this post

I will check Founders Tools again this weekend and see what message I see. Thank you again for your help.
Re: No back up available message, two weeks after forum was created.
I had started my forum on May 7, 2016. I just checked Founders' Tools again tonight (5/29/16) and it still says the same message, "No backup available." Not sure why. Thank you for your help.

Hello @CalvinNHobbs2,
So after investigation, there was a problem on the server your forum is. We have corrected this failure and you can now use your backups that are available in your Founder tools.
Sorry for your inconvenience and thank you for letting us know about this !
