Ex Admin still receiving activation emails?

Hi there,
I hope this is the correct place to ask this question.

I used to be an administrator on a forum where new users must be activated. I have since deleted my forum account (and thought I opted out of everything possible beforehand), however I am still receiving emails to activate new members that register to the site.

How can I "unsubscribe" from a forum that I no longer exist on?

Hello can you please pm me your Email address and the link to your old forum.

It sounds to me that you did not delete your forum right and its still live right now as no one can ask for a new account if the forum is deleted.

@Ape , I don't think this user was the founder of the forum in question. The user seems to have just been Administrator on the forum, but has since deleted their account on the forum and thus is no longer an administrator, yet they still recieve the emails. Atleast I think is happening, based on reading the users posts.

Since you deleted your forum account from your old forum you cannot remove the notifications and the best thing i can think of to keep your emails clean is to block the forum of sending you emails to that specific email through the email service settings. That way that forum will not be able to send you any more emails for any reason.
