Solved So about becoming the new owner

I don't think I quite understand about a little thing in Step: 2 in here https://help.forumotion.com/t81878-recovery-or-change-founder-of-an-account?highlight=transfer+founder+status I am trying to become the new owner of a Forum since the original owner hasn't bee there for some time now and I have been voted to become the new owner. How do I actually contact anyone on there about this since I thought it was through a PM in this place but apparently not since I don't have the rights to PM to others here. So, how do I contact those people about changing the owner? It doesn't say any options about it...
