anytime i pay for domain...they refund it.

i have bought credit into the forum, paid for the copy right and everything worked well.
when i try paying for domain...after days they refund money back into forum,,why?

yes...i tried various names..

exmaple : www.alpawolf.org

So this issue is with the domain name availability, not credits?
