How long ago did you pay for it? It can take time for these things to process and come into effect. This is dicated by international laws, things beyond forumotion control.

Why are you buying a domain name for a forum that has been ban?

Hello @SLGray I have also seen this and have sent a PM to @buttercup about this thread.

The domain name looks to be outside of our system anyway it was not paid for in our tools and it was not from us that i can tell the system is not our problem.

africamotion.net is an extension used by Forumotion.  The topic starter has never said what the domain name is.

I mean the extension africamotion.net is one used by us.  It is not a domain name extension.

yes he wants a refund for the domain name he paid for but he used the Hugedomains.com to buy the domain he wanted Not by use in the ACP So there is Nothing we can do to get he's money bak he has to go to the main domain suppler

Wait a minute.  Are are creating a forum now?  Is yes, you can pick whatever extension that you want that is available to you.  If you are going to buy a domain name through Forumotion, your only choices will be .com, .net, .biz, and ,org.

OK you want to make a new forum with us right ?

If that is right you will first need to make your forum..

Once you made your forum go to the following page
ACP >> Misc Tab at the top of the page (Must be logged in as founder only) >>    Credits management >> Buy credits Pick from one of the systems we have to pay for credits.

Now you may have to hold on for credits to show in your ACP something upto 48hrs but most of the time there in really fast.

Once you have your credits:
ACP >> Misc Tab at the top of the page (Must be logged in as founder only) >> Credits management >> Spend credits pick the Domain name icon Then pick what you want from the tools there.

 Doing it this way we can help you if anything was to go wrong.
Buying a domain name from outside forumotion is not our problem if some thing was to go wrong and we can not really help you on anything that may go wrong when you have that domain as we did not sell it to you.
