Report recieved
Hello,
We just recieved an abuse report, this is the first time so we are not sure who it is from and what to do.
There seems to be no other info who did it or if it is from a visitor or from Forumotion.
Some advice appreciated
The image shows all the info we seem to be able to get on this.
We have moved the topic from public view to members only.
Thanks

Re: Report recieved
It will only show what was reported. You need to check the Terms of Service to make sure that what was reported does not violate the Terms of Service.

Re: Report recieved
But is it coming from Forumotion? Or a visitor/member of the forum.
The report does not give any information.
If it is from a visitor, it is not publicly visable anymore.
Sorry that we are clueless what to do with it. Is there a help page for this? I could not find it.

Re: Report recieved
Report an Abuse comes from the link in the footer of your forum. That means that guests and members can use it. Hidden it from guests does not hide it from Forumotion.

Re: Report recieved
If someone who can see it sends a litigation report, the litigation team will either give you time to fix the violation or your forum will be ban.Meesleepbeest wrote:So what happens if we do nothing with it? And it does goes agains the TOS?
