The Forumotion litigation team gets a report and then checks your forum. They will only give you the warning or just ban your forum if your forum is exactly violating the Terms of Service.

I was just looking at your forum.  What are engines?  Also I see a lot of download links.  Are these downloads by your members?  I mean did they create them.

If we made a ticket about this the head office will not know cause the only one who deals with this is the litigation office so maybe you can send them an email to ask for clarifications

We do not deal with litigation reports.  That is between the forum in question and the litigation team.

We are only for support that does not deal with litigation issues.

It is not up to us to ensure your forum is in compliance with the terms of service, it is up to you.

Also since we do not work for head office we do not have the report to tell you what was reported. You would have received a copy of the report in the abuses section of your admin panel though. You could check there to see if they said what the offending material is. Otherwise you will just have to go through your forum and remove anything that could be copyrighted (images, music, videos, etc).

That is all we can suggest since we are just volunteers and do not have access to the report or anything.

Also you might want to figure out how to fix your caps lock because it really does make it look your yelling. Try unplugging the keyboard and plugging it back in.

We (the support staff) have no means to contact the litigation team, we only have contact with pro admins, mainly @The Godfather . The best we can do is tag him as I did.
