How to edit message editor

Description of problem

Hello. I added a icon gallery with jvs from some topic in this forum. It's all good and working. But because of the icon number in text editor (where we enter the message, I'm not sure what it's called) 4 icon goes at the new line making it ugly. We don't want to delete icon package. Rather, we want to delete the shortcut of quote or spoiler since we don't click them too much, we just write them. So, I couldn't find the codes to change it (I have an access to founder account as well). Where can I change what's in the editor?
