Solved Members getting e mail to every topic they reply to

Hello, how do I make it so members don't get an e mail every time someone replies to a thread they made or commented on? It showing up in the notifications is find, but some people complain because they are getting so many e mails.

The members must change the preferences from their profile
Always notify me of replies
