Are you asking if Servimg will delete your images?  They will if it breaks their Terms of Service.

Yes they will save for ever unless the following happens

1, Something goes wrong there end and some data is lost, (server Hack or breakdown)
2, If the items on the account are breaking the TOS. then they will be removed without warning,
3, If you delete them your self.
