bug?

hi, I have a little appearence problem, on top of the screen on my mobile, and my users even in their respective desktop versions:



I removed the "quick-login" javascript, but it didnt help, it appeared today, what is wrong?

I had the issue earlier. However it isn't appearing now. Though it wouldn't always appear earlier either.

@brandon_g i believe it  was a technical bug after refreshing 3,4 times seems to vanish i dont know what caused it at first place
