Import of existing forum failed. No reply from the MIGRATION team
Hi there.
Just registered few days ago and created a new forum, with the intention of importing my existing forum, as described here: https://help.forumotion.com/t133904-how-to-import-your-external-forum-on-forumotion .
Did everything as instructed, but at the end I got an error message stating that the sending failed (screenshot bellow). Tried few times, the same.
I sent an e-mail to migration (@) forumotion.com on March 25th, but no sign so far.
Can anyone assist, please?

Thank you for your prompt reply.
Absolutely. As one can see in the screenshot, the database dump is in a file named backup.gz, and .gz is enlisted on the "Authorized file extension" list.
