Hi! I saw this helpful post in the FAQ:

However, I've already created my forum and cannot find the import form unless I create a brand new forum. Is there a direct link to the form to "import an external forum"?

Unfornatelly I think the only way to export a forum is by creating a new forum. I do not believe there is a way to do this once the forum is created. Sorry, .

There is no direct link to import an external forum. You've to create a Forumotion first and then, you can import your external forum at the last creation step:
