Description of problem

I am trying to set up a custom e-mail address for my forums. However, I need to prove ownership of my forum to the website. I am new to all this sort of stuff so it may be really simple and I just didn't see it. Thanks for reading Very Happy

No not yet, as it says I have to go on the DNS provider's website and add in the codes. I was wondering how I would add them.
