Description of problem

I been trying to buy credits with paypal but after i put my forum url in it sends me to a page with an error on it. so the question is how do i buy credits with paypal and how do i correctly do it?

After you click on pay by paypal it asks for your forum address then after putting that in and proceed to checkout a page comes up saying "this site cant be reached" that the DNS address cant be found

Yes i tried both and it doesnt work. I took the screenshot on my phone but im not sure how to post it on here. Its the same error message i get on a desktop. Right now im away from my desktop so send the error message. But you know away i can on my phone please tell me

Hello,

You can post a screenshot from a phone the same way you can from a pc, just simply go to 'classic version' when viewing the forum, then click on the upload an image icon (picture with a little floppy disk over it), then click insert once it is uploaded and then the code for the picture should appear in the text box. Then all you got to do is hit 'post' and done.

when you add your forum address do you add it like this >> http://primal-pvm.forumotion.com/
or do you add it like this ? >> http://primal-pvm.forumotion.com

try adding it without the / if that don't work try adding it without the HTTP:// and the / on the end.

that should fix your problem.

I am having the same issue. Tried entering the URL all of the ways described to no avail. I keep getting the same error message.

Try this: open a new window and load your homepage and copy the link from the browser tab. Then paste it in the box for PayPal.

That was the first thing I did and it didn't work. I ended up paying with a credit card instead so there is no need to test this again till the next time I need credits.
