Need Help logging into my forum!!!

Hello can anyone help me recover my admin login? When i try to reset mt password and try to log in, the system is telling me i cannot. It also says that from inside of my forum panel, i selected to not be able to reset my password. I'm in a serious pickle here. please help!!!
