Contact a forum without logging in

Hello i used to be member of a forum (forumotion) and now that i tried to login again after a very long time i tried to reset my password (forgot my password) and it says that my account is inactive, contact the administrator. The forum has disabled the /contact address so i cannot send any message to ask the administrator to help me with my account, what can i do in this situation to get my account back?

No, i would like to get the access of my account back which right now i believe it has become inactive and i cannot procceed to any action
