General Error Could not obtain rpg users infos

Description: The forum works only partially, some threads are not affected, but some threads only come back with the message

There's nothing else wrong that I've noticed, and the only other search result I got from this forum was in the garbage, where more people had the same problem, as I understood it, I was supposed to recreate the topic.

* This happened during normal use of the forum, only reading topics.
* We are using the RPG features, this has not happened before.
* more than one thread is affected, but I cannot find any specific link between them.

Is there anyway to avoid this?

We got the same problem, but all topic affected. So temporarly I need to disabled the rpg module.

Just checked: It's the same for other users, and for the admin account.

Unfortunately, now it seems like we have lost all posts that were made during this time. Although the original error is gone.

We have been told there was no risk at all of data loss. I would like to ask you for a couple things:

1. Your forum url
2. To try re syncing your forum to see if it helps. This can be done by going to ACP (admin panel)-->Configuration--> All the down on the bottom of this page you will see a little box that says 'resynchronize Forum", tick this box and hit save.
