Hello I can help here.
When a member makes an account using Topic it the account is okayed without admin.
To stop this please follow this easy step.
ACP >> Modules tab >> Topic'it >> Configuration >>
Automatically activates Topic'it Connect users : NO then Save
This setting is set to yes by default.
