Spending Credits Empty Spending Credits

Post by Bignuggs April 11th 2018, 9:07 am

I've just purchased credits using Paypal to stop ads in my forum. It's a new set up in the Admin panel and when I try to spend the credits, it sends me back to Paypal to pay again.
Can someone tell me what the hell is going on.

If you are choosing the monthly option it will do that. If you choose the yearly option you can pay with regular credits with different payment methods.

Spending Credits Empty Re: Spending Credits

Ok, I've read the link regarding credits. So if I'm reading everything correctly, the credits I've just purchased cannot be used to remove advertising which is the only reason I purchase credits.
I now intend to leave the advertising in the forum and I will leave it as the "Free" package so, how do I get a refund for 2051 credits. I had 51 and purchased another 2000.

You can use credits to credits to remove the ads, you just can only choose the yearly option.

Thankyou for the reply but it hasn't answered my question. If I now intend to leave the ads in my forum, how do I get my money back for the credits I have already paid for.
