In progress Cannot send Newsletter

SO I understand if I move from free account to a paid account I can send more newsletter. But under the free account, it shows 2 a month. I tried to send and it told me I had to wait until April 24th. That has come and passed now it is saying I have to wait until the 28th but I have not sent one this month that I can remember. Can anyone help me with this I have info to get to my members and part of that info is help to purchase the upgrade.

OK I did look at that the last 2 were March 28th and April 2nd so I should be ok for one newsletter after the 28th I am assuming.

Exactly you should be fine on the 28th to send a newsletter. However I would like to recomend you to read this tutorial who has just been updated in order to know everything about how newsletters work now
