Ad removal option? Empty Ad removal option?

Post by ghost_2005 Wed 16 May - 13:36

Hi - I pay by credits to have my forum ad free for logged in users. One of my members notified me that they were seeing ads today, so I checked and the 12 months ad free package I purchased has just run out. I now cannot find the option to renew this in my administration panel (I paid a 1,000 credits last year and assume I should be able to do similar to cover another 12 months?).

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Ok. So I have to pay over 4 times as much now to remove the ads? That seems more than a little unfair! (And no, I don't need/want any of the other features you will no doubt tell me I would now have access to!)

Hello @ghost_2005,

As indicated in this tutorial, disabling ads now effectively requires to switch to the advanced package at least. There is no other solution, sorry.
