Hovering Over Usernames not working anymore

I noticed a little bit ago that the javascript code I used to hover over usernames doesn't work anymore. I tried to readd the code, but that doesn't work. Anyway I can make it work again?

if it worked before and now stop working, that means your code is OK but other code has error and it stop running before it reaches that code
