In progress I found a scammer who use forumotion, how can i report him?

Hey, i found a forum, builded on forumotion, who is a scammer trap.
They ask money for "premium" accounts that belong to others.
How can i report this forum to forumotion?

I report him and it says that i send the litigation to it's forum. I wanted to report him on forumotion admins, what's the point to send a report on him?

Hello,

Using the litigation tool sends a report to BOTH Forumotion and the forum admins. If you used the tool Ape linked to above, then it has been reported.

Note that the 'Report an abuse' link at the bottom of every forum does NOT send a report to Forumotion, only to the admins of that forum.

Yes Brandon is right we have to send a report to the founder so they can stop the things they are doing and they get a chance to put things right.
