Any way to calculate how many hours members are online?

I want to find a way to calculate the hours/days of each member stayed online and then write the most active user in the portal... Is there any way to calculate the time stayed online? I have seen it in other forums

you know that you have your forum statistics with many statistics overview

From my own experience, in order to store such thing, you need php script to save such thing at hosting storage. Javascript can not do such thing, I mean, it can for personal user, but its a cookie on his own browser and PC. I do not know much about Forumotion admin panel and if there is such possibility. I just wanted to say this in order to let you know how javascript works and PHP.

You could hook your forum up to google analytics, I dont know that it tells you how long each user is on for. It gives you an abundance of info to help you monitor traffic though.
