Forum page does not open

Hello! created a page in HTML, designed it, made a menu, which, among other things, there is a button "Forum", which is conceived to open the page of my forum.
The address of my forum: http://www.romaschkino.com
Address of the created HTML page (Website): http://www.romaschkino.com/h6-page
When selecting "make an HTML page home" this page url takes the form: http://www.romaschkino.com
But the forum page, this address remains the same! Accordingly, when you click on the "Forum" main page refreshes (nowhere to go) so I have the address of the forum is not changing.
On the example of technical support forum in Russia:
The main page has the address: https://www.forum2x2.ru
When you click on the forum button: https://help.forum2x2.ru/forum
And I have here is this part of: / forum not is actually added.
Has all the options and tried with and without slash..
To the forum no problem goes only when the HTML main page is not (because in this case it has the address, not the address of the forum)
Help fix please!

The /forum is only created and happens when the forum is not the homepage. Right now your forum is set as the homepage, which is why you don't get /forum.

Just typing the url http://www.romaschkino.com will take you to the forum.

If I make the main HTML page (http://www.romaschkino.com/h6-page) it will turn into http://www.romaschkino.com
But! when you click on the "Forum" button, it is simply updated, and again the address is http://www.romaschkino.com
