I get emails when a new member registers. I got one for a new member, but they don't appear at the bottom of the form where it has the latest member who joined. Does that mean the person hasn't confirmed the link on the email they get?
Anyway to see if they really registered or deleted their account?

To see if they did sign up at least you can check that in your Administration Panel. Go to the Users & Groups tab and you will see if they joined or not. If they aren't showing at the bottom then they likely haven't confirmed their email / activated their account yet.

Hope this helps!

Thanks. They aren't there. I guess they have confirmed the email yet. I hope they do.

Hello,

You can see users who registered but didn't activate their account yet by going here: ACP(Admin Control Panel) > Users and Groups > Users > Inactive Users > New users > New users .

If someone has not yet activated their account, but did register they will show there. You can also manually activate their account or delete it from that section of the admin panel as well.

Yes they should receive an email saying their account has been activated.
