Solved Moderator Permissions

I've tried to take moderator permissions away from members who are not moderators (I don't even have staff yet). Everytime I do this, the permissions come back.

What do I do to correct this?

I have to go to work for a couple of hours and a rehearsal for a Black History Month program today.

For this, are those members apart of any group that have permissions to moderate those forums / categories that they are moderating?

Also, in your Security tab there will be a log of recent changes, do you have any other admin that may be giving them them permissions to moderate the board after you take the permissions away by chance?

Not totally sure @Jadster. If I had the time right now, I'd check it. The only other one with access is FM Support as an admin. They show up when my board as technical problems. The account is

OK. Here's the situation.

I have a member who wants to put another member on her FOES list, but it says that the other member has moderator permissions. I guess when I go to that user's "Permissions" tab and take off moderator status and hit the save button, it comes right back.

Hi

You have to remove that member from the moderators group also
I guess you have removed the moderator rank from his profile

I have no staff, therefore no moderators. Each member has moderator PERMISSIONS that I want to remove, but everytime I do, they return.

If you have access to the test account that they have, could you possibly check the security log to see if anything is adding those settings back?
