Solved Purchasing Package with credits

We have 3580 credits on our site and want to use them to stop adds we have tried to upgrade to advanced however we must use paypal why can we not just use the credits we have or pay by credit card

Hello,

You can use credits, but only to purchase a yearly package. Monthly packages require using paypal. Select yearly and it will let you use your credits.

Also I am splitting your post to its support thread since this topic isn't for support.

Also make sure that you set the ads option before you click the package button.
