Nobody can login

Folks---nobody including Admin could log into my forum. I could not log in here at support either.
Blank white screen is all that would come up.

Hi Settertude,

I was about to come in here with exactly the same query - about half an hour ago I found that I could not log in to ANY of my four Forumotion forums of which I am founder admin.
I then found that I could not even log in to the Support Forum either!!
That was half an hour ago. Now though (without having done anything ...) all four forums are suddenly working okay Huzzah

, and I have been able to get in here as well.
Hopefully it's now sorted for you too(?)

Seems it's something to do with domain url's changing. All a bit complicated for me, but no doubt someone with more knowledge of the matter will come and explain further.

domain changes? If that is the case, some sort of warning would be in order.
I had a chaos situation this morning. I have folks used to other forum software complaining as it is and asking why I picked forumotion...sometjhing like this does not help.

We are not given details about the exact specifics of server issues. As with any online platform (even Facebook, Google, etc) 100% up time can never be guaranteed. Sometimes on the internet tech issues will happen and we do our best to ensure any issues are addressed as quickly as possible to ensure as much up time as possible.

Further more when we run routine maintenance work we do our best to inform all users ahead of via announcement on the support forums and social media.
