How can we create role-playing forums?

Hi. I'm not sure I'm in the right place but.. I wanted to ask, how is it possible to create RPG forums? How can we use the names of -for example- a game while Forumotion puts advertisments on it? Why isn't it illegal?

You can set up a RPG on your ACP

 Admin control panel settings:
ACP  Modules Tab   Roleplay Game 

I am not sure what you are talking about here can you tell me more about this try and give this more info on what you mean.

We use advertisements on all our forums to help us keep the hosting free to you. this is the only real income we have to keep our forums working.

If you don't want to see advertisements on your forum then you must pay for one of our packages.

About the legal issues:
I know ads are there to keep it free which is alright.
But if I made a Harry Potter RPG, it would use copyrighted material and putting ads on it makes money. Even if it's just for the forum to keep it free - wouldn't that be illegal? It's not Forumotion's intellectual property so I don't know how it is possible.

If you use copyright items on your forum then you will face getting banned.

Our ad's don't come from us they are from a outside host and they have the right to run the ad's that have a copyright on them.

are ad's are 100% legal if you pay to remove our ad's and then want to ad your own ad's to make your own money for your forum then you would go to some one like Google and they will have the right to place any ad's you list.

We also use hosts like Google to search your forum and place the ad's related to your forum and some others.

The only real problem we have had is our host did use over 18 ad's and we then reported them to our host and they was removed.

So in a nut shell if your forum is about harry potter then Google and other ad's hosts will have the rights to post ad's made by Warner Bros them self.

( Warner Bros pay google to put their ad's out there then google pay us to use the Ad's if clicked on) all legal all over the world.
