Description of problem
Hello. I am trying to advertise my forum using Google Adwords. However to my dismay I found that google Ads was flagging our forum as malware. This isn't because our forum IS malware and I deduced that the reason was because our forum didn't have an SSL token.
So I paid a SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF MONEY in order to upgrade to the advanced package PURELY so that I could make our forum secure and so that I could advertise it. HOWEVER after upgrading and activating SSL the problem didn't go away. I've attached a link to the message and I have also tested it with THIS site (help.forumotion.com) and it gives the same error message. (The attached image shows that case, though it's the same message for my forum)
As it is, as a paying customer, I would like to have this situation fixed for the forum. Thank you.
(Note: I currently am keeping my forum anonymous and am seeking either for general advice on how to fix this on my side, or a fix on forumotion's side.)

Re: SSL not working after buying advanced package
Are you saying that that's not the intended behaviour? Given that help.forumotion gives the same error it seemed to me to be universal to forumotion.

The link you posted has www. When you enter the link in the browser tab, you do not need the www nowadays.

Please also note that you can only add your own ad's on your forum after you pay for our ad's to be removed first or you will get problems.
Re: SSL not working after buying advanced package
Oh, this problem is not about running ads on my forum.
It's about submitting my forum to Google ads to advertise on their search results.
Google is refusing to advertise my site (Not ON my site) because it thinks it's malware, even after I added SSL to it.
The attached image shows what Google is saying about the site. I've tested it with this site (help.forumotion.com) and it's given the same error.
I can't see why the engineers can't figure out this issue by using help.forumotion (or any other forum) as a base.

Re: SSL not working after buying advanced package
Is Google giving you a code to add to your forum for Adword? If yes, have you remove the default ads with the packages?

To better help you resolve your issue we need it. Your welcome to put it in hide tags so only staff and those who rey see it, or you can even send it to us via pm. We will only use the forum link to help resolve your issue and nothing else.
I think the reason your getting an error on the support forum is because your adding www. before help.forumotion.com and that is kinda changinv the url and making you get invalid certificate, if you take that away it does not appear.
Perhaps this is also what is causing on the issue for you as well?

Re: SSL not working after buying advanced package
@HelpBarr We can not help you more until we have your URL.
Without the URL (Address of your forum) we can not test the SSL Certificate problem for your forum.
I ran a test on the help forum and it is working fine.

Re: SSL not working after buying advanced package
Sorry for coming off so strong in the OP.
I've talked with google ads about it and it seems its because I was using the "www." prefix. Dunno why. Thanks!

Re: SSL not working after buying advanced package
I should add that this actually DIDNT fix the problem. (As I just found out.) I was only TOLD it would fix the problem.
I intend to talk with google ads more on their end though before pursuing it further over here.

If you give us the forum url we can look over your forum and see if the certificate is in fact working properly.
