Re: Submitting sitemaps to Google, Yahoo, Bing etc
hi
i think you can add sitemap.xml in webmaster tools just click your site in webmaster tools, then add sitemap.xml and submit.... it will self-update after
you know you already have it in the Who's Online in l below the legend right?

No I didn't know about any inbuilt "sitemap.xml," and I don't see it. Is it in the administration panel? What is the full sitemap URL?

That's for a plain text sitemap that doesn't update, which I know about. Further above you are talking about a self-updating xml sitemap.

log into Google service for webmasters with your Google Account (or create a new account).
https://www.google.com/webmasters
make sure you have added your site to google and it is already verified
you must add the sitemap.xml, to your forum's link in Google Search Consoles under sitemaps then click the add/test button and add sitemap.xml in the box that appears after your forum's link and then click submit.

There is a sitemap on every forum, at forumaddress/sitemap.xml For example, the support forum's sitemap is at https://help.forumotion.com/sitemap.xml
